A graduate of Georgetown College Dave has 24 years Entrepreneurial, Management and Market Development experience working for large Industrial Companies as well as managing his own firm. Dave has held strategic positions as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Director of Rehabilitation Services and Owner / Operator with Chapman Drug, Southeastern Kentucky Rehabilitation Industries and Southeast Marine.
As an experienced Marketing and Sales leader, Dave sets Business Development direction for the GCL brand and ensures "the voice of the customer" is integrated into all segments of our business. Dave is a member of the board of directors of Gotcha Covered, LLC.

A graduate of Murray State University with a BS degree from the School of Business; Joe has 27 years Manufacturing Operations experience with leading Fortune 500 companies in several industries including Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Products, Specialty Chemicals and Commercial Equipment. Joe has held key Operations and Supply Chain Management leadership positions with Duracell Batteries, Hyster & Yale Forklifts and Tyco Specialty Chemicals. Early in his career Joe participated in several Department of Defense production programs including Tomahawk Cruise Missiles, Bradley Fighting Vehicles and F16 Aircraft Missile Launch Avionics systems.
As head of Manufacturing Operations for Gotcha Covered, Joe sets direction and provides leadership for all GCL UTV Enclosure production. Joe is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS – The Association for Operations Management. Joe is a member of the Board of Directors for Gotcha Covered, LLC.

A graduate of Georgetown College with a Bachelor’s degree in History, Dan has 24 years experience in the Textile industry and began his career as a knitter. During his career Dan has held several key leadership positions in this industry including Sourcing Manager and Director of Manufacturing and Sales with Kentucky Textiles and Lumberton Dye and Finishing
As a true entrepreneur with cutting edge experience in the Textile Industry, Dan recently launched two successful fabric technology companies; Warfighter Fabrics a supplier of knit products to the Military and Kentucky Technical Textiles (KTT) a development and licensing company providing negative ion, anti-microbial and carbon based technologies. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors for Gotcha Covered, LLC.
